Supported by partners with a strong interest in these fields, Net350 creates a space (think "workbench") where researchers can share work, surface new ideas, find jobs and funding, and gain early insight into emerging developments across the non-CO₂ NETs and blue economy landscape.
Net350 is powered by The Simple Platform, or TSP (www.simple-platform.com) — a high-trust platform designed for researchers. TSP helps early-career academics compile what matters, organize it using the tools they already use, collaborate with peers, and gradually strengthen their professional visibility through real work.
Advancing Non-CO2 NETs
Many efforts are needed to combat climate change. While there is no silver bullet, there can be silver buckshot. Think of greenhouse gas removal as one critical piece of the solution puzzle—removal is a necessary, but not sufficient, condition to achieve global climate goals.
Carbon dioxide removal (CDR) often takes center stage, but other greenhouse gases and pollutants, such as methane, nitrous oxide, and black carbon, may also be amenable to efficient removal. Identifying and supporting technologies that address these non-CO2 gases and pollutants is essential to a comprehensive climate strategy.
